The truly disturbing part is the repeated outrage that an LLM “lied” to him. It’s like screenshot dunking a rock for falling on your head. Some people really are cooked on this technology.

Hah! I tried an open source AI coding tool to try to get me over the hump of boilerplate for me tasks. (aider in case anyone is curious) On the first run, it created 10 files and almost committed to git. I closed it immediately - these tools give AI way too much access from the start!
